The Levitating hitmaker described the emotional experience as a night when she, the Waka Waka singer, and the crowd felt like “one” in her most recent social media post.

The Grammy winner reflected on the memorable evening on Instagram a few hours after their unexpected duet of Anto took over the internet.

She posted a carousel of the two pop artists’ onstage moments, some of her own solo pics, and additional images on Sunday, October 4.

The Training Season chart-topper started by saying, “A night in Madrid with @Shakira [rose emoji].”

She wrote, thinking of the Colombian celebrity for allowing her to perform, “Thank you for inviting me to go on stage with you to sing Antología!!”

The 31-year-old American-Albanian pop singer continued, expressing how profoundly the incident affected her, “I felt that you, me and the audience were one.”

The singer from Houdini concluded her letter by writing, “So grateful to take home such a beautiful memory!!!”

Notably, it was the first time the two international pop singers had performed live together.

Additionally, the song selection gave the occasion a new dimension.

It is pertinent to note that Shakira first released Ant in 1995.

The 31-year-old Dua previously sang a rendition of the Spanish tune at a Bogotá event in 2025. a performance that the singer of Whenever, Wherever had publicly complimented.
