President Donald Trump has reopened the door to a trade deal with Canada even as tensions between Washington and Ottawa remain at their highest level in years.Asked whether an agreement with Canada was still possible, Trump said a deal would eventually be reached, despite accusing Canada of treating the United States “very unfairly” and calling it one of the most difficult countries to deal with. He predicted that Ottawa would return to Washington within weeks seeking an agreement.
