The robbery was reported Friday evening at the goodstop by Casey's on the corner of U.S. Route 60 and Meade Springer Road in Ashland, according to a social media post from the Boyd County Sheriff's Office.

Deputies said they took one person into custody in connection with the robbery, but have not yet publicly identified the suspect.

According to the post, which was made Friday night, deputies said more details will be released soon.
