Sarah Osei allegedly lured the Phone dealer to Tefe’s residence where the gruesome murder occurred

New details have emerged concerning the investigation into the death of Nana Yaw Kyere, popularly known as Terry or Dinero, a phone dealer associated with Kwame Nkrumah Circle.

According to a Facebook post by Serwah Kyeretwei published on September 29, 2026, investigators have alleged that Sarah Osei Adams played a role in leading Nana Yaw to the residence of Philip Tefe, where the killing reportedly occurred.

Josiah Obodai has also been identified as a third suspect in the case. He is alleged to have assisted in transporting and disposing of Nana Yaw’s body using a Kia Morning vehicle belonging to his father. The vehicle has reportedly been impounded by the police as part of the investigation.

The three suspects — Sarah Osei Adams, Philip Tefe and Josiah Obodai — appeared before the Teshie District Court on September 28, 2026. Following the hearing, they were reportedly remanded into police custody.

The court subsequently adjourned the case to October 16, 2026, allowing investigators additional time to continue their inquiries, gather evidence and determine whether other individuals may have been involved.

The allegations surrounding the case have attracted public attention because of the reported circumstances leading to Nana Yaw’s death. Investigators are examining the alleged roles of the three suspects and the events that occurred before and after the killing.

The alleged use of a vehicle to transport the victim’s body has also become an important aspect of the investigation. Police reportedly impounded the Kia Morning as they continue examining evidence connected to the case.

However, the allegations against the suspects have not been established as facts by a court. Their appearance before the court and remand in custody are part of the ongoing judicial process and do not amount to a conviction.

Nana Yaw’s death has generated concern among people who knew him as a phone dealer. The continuing investigation is expected to establish the circumstances surrounding his death and determine whether additional individuals should face charges.

With the matter adjourned until October 16, investigators are expected to use the intervening period to pursue further leads and gather additional evidence. The next court proceedings could provide more information about the case and the direction of the investigation.
