Mwera winds put Lake Malawi users on alert

People using Lake Malawi and other water bodies have been urged to exercise caution as strong Mwera winds are expected to persist, alongside thunderstorms and heavy rain across Malawi tonight and on Saturday.The Department of Climate Change and Meteorological Services says winds will be variable and gusty in stormy areas.
