Actor Chad Lowe’s daughter Fiona Lowe dies at 13

Actor-director Chad Lowe’s daughter, Fiona Hepler Lowe, has died. She was 13.Lowe and his wife, Kim Painter, announced their daughter’s death in a family statement to People magazine shared late Tuesday, Sept. 29.”We are deeply heartbroken by the loss of our beloved Fiona,” the family wrote, adding she was “a loving young girl who was smart, creative, and loved to dance.”
