Ghana cocoa output hits 771,000 tons, exceeding forecast, report says

ACCRA, Sept 23 (Reuters) – Ghana’s cocoa production for the 2025/26 season reached about 771,000 metric tons, beating regulator COCOBOD’S initial forecast of 650,000 tons, according to a report reviewed by Reuters on Wednesday.
