Strategic Communications Africa Ltd. (Stratcomm Africa) has announced the 14th edition of the Ghana Garden and Flower Show (GGFS), running from Friday, 11 September to Monday, 21 September 2026, at the Efua Sutherland Children’s Park in Accra.
Themed “Green Means Business, Beauty and More,” the 2026 show will spotlight opportunities at the intersection of greening, enterprise, innovation, livelihoods, wellbeing and sustainable development.
The theme reflects the Ghana Garden and Flower Movement’s view that gardens, flowers, landscaping, horticulture and green spaces are more than aesthetic features — they create businesses and jobs, support livelihoods, enhance wellbeing, strengthen communities, contribute to tourism and hospitality, and help build cleaner, healthier and more liveable environments.

Speaking on the significance of the 14th edition, Ms. Esther A. N. Cobbah, CEO of Stratcomm Africa and Convener of the Ghana Garden and Flower Movement, said:
“Green means much more than planting a tree. Green means opportunity — business, livelihoods, beauty, wellness, creativity and a better quality of life. Through this year’s theme, we want to broaden the conversation around greening and demonstrate the value that can be created when we intentionally integrate nature into our homes, businesses, communities and cities.”
“Since 2013, the Ghana Garden and Flower Show has provided a platform to inspire Ghanaians to appreciate, protect and invest in our green environment. This year, we are inviting businesses, entrepreneurs, young people, families, institutions and development partners to find their place in the green economy — whether through enterprise, creativity, education, beautification or the creation of healthier spaces to live and work,” she added.
Stratcomm Africa is inviting government agencies, corporate organisations, businesses, entrepreneurs, development partners, educational institutions, civil society organisations and the general public to take part in GGFS 2026 as exhibitors, sponsors, partners and visitors.
As Ghana continues to urbanize and communities seek more sustainable, attractive and liveable environments, GGFS 2026 will reinforce greenery as an avenue for economic opportunity, environmental sustainability, beauty and wellbeing — not simply decoration.
