If we fail to act immediately, we risk transforming our secondary schools from sanctuaries of learning into breeding grounds for systemic lawlessness. This article unpacks the structural roots of this decay, reviews international precedents, and outlines a comprehensive roadmap for the Minister of Education and all educational stakeholders to restore order, dignity, and safety to Ghanaian schools.
