Popular prophets, including Reverend Isaac Owusu\u2011Bempah and Prophet Nigel Gaisie, made several high\u2011profile prophecies for the year, but many of these forecasts failed to materialize.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Reverend Isaac Owusu\u2011Bempah, leader of the Glorious Word Power Ministries International, made a number of dramatic statements early in the year. Among these was a warning of \u201cmass blindness\u201d that would affect many people in Ghana. However, as the year closes, this prediction did not occur in the literal sense, sparking discussions among Christians and critics alike.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Similarly, Prophet Nigel Gaisie, founder of the Prophetic Hill Chapel Worldwide, made several forecasts that drew wide attention. One of his most controversial predictions was that a chief would be beheaded and various leaders would face violent attacks.
