Two of Anthony Joshua\u2019s close companions, his coach and a friend, have been confirmed dead following a tragic car accident in Ogun State, Nigeria, on Monday, December 29, 2025. <\/p>\n The fatal crash occurred on a busy highway in Makun, just hours after the trio reportedly spent time playing tennis together.<\/p>\n Kayode Akinmade, Special Adviser on Information and Strategy to the Ogun State Governor, confirmed the deaths in a statement.<\/p>\n \u201cPreliminary reports indicate that two male foreign nationals died on the spot.
