Ghanaian musician Lasmid has disclosed that he does not write his lyrics before stepping into the studio to record.<\/p>\n

Speaking in an interview on Hitz FM on December 8, 2025, the singer explained that his creative process is entirely spontaneous and driven by the rhythm he hears.<\/p>\n

According to him, melodies come naturally the moment the beat starts playing.<\/p>\n

People took advantage of me for being respectful \u2013 Lasmid<\/p>\n

\u201cOne thing about me is I don\u2019t write before entering the studio. Whenever I hear the beat, the melody starts flowing. I\u2019m a melodist and the lyrics always comes after the melody,\u201d he said. <\/p>\n

He stated that his recording process is often therapeutic for people who witness it.<\/p>\n

\u201cMy recording session is a therapy to somebody. You will actually feel it. I listen to the beat and that\u2019s when I start creating,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n
