Success often comes with trials and challenges. If you fail once, stand up, try again, and keep pushing forward; your efforts are vital for our country&#8217;s progress.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>He emphasised that innovation requires courage and perseverance, encouraging participants not to wait for others to develop solutions. \u201cCollaboration is also essential for advancing and scaling up innovations,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<p>Chairman of the Engineering Registration Board (ERB), David Manga, expressed that the board will continue organising training programs to equip young people with the necessary skills for self-employment, entrepreneurship, and making meaningful contributions to society.<\/p>\n<p>He described the forum as exceptional, noting that it had created opportunities not only for participants but also for the wider community and the nation as a whole.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis platform has empowered us and elevated us to a new level,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dr Charles Msonde speaks at the Youth Engineering Forum 2025 The Deputy Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Works, Dr Charles Msonde, emphasised that the future of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and innovation is in the hands of the youth.
