She claimed that IGP Dampare was more concerned about his public image than the well-being of his subordinates.<\/p>\n<p>Vim Lady stated that Dampare failed to give opportunities to other regional police commanders to take charge, instead always seeking the spotlight. She added that whenever there was a successful operation, Dampare would take all the credit. According to her, during Dampare&#8217;s tenure, no regional police commander was recognized in the media space because he essentially took their authority away.<\/p>\n<p>She also revealed that just a day after Dampare\u2019s removal, one of the suspects linked to the murder of Ahmed Suale was arrested.<\/p>\n<p>The suspect, identified as a close friend of the deceased, is accused of betraying him by releasing his photographs to a prominent Ghanaian politician before his brutal murder.<\/p>\n<p>Ahmed Hussein-Suale was killed near his family home in Madina on January 16, 2019, by unknown assailants.
