Additionally, he earned his PhD from the University of Leeds, England.<\/p>\n<p>An esteemed academic, Dr. Srem-Sai has lectured at the GIMPA Law School and currently serves as a Senior Lecturer at the University of Ghana.<\/p>\n<p>His extensive legal experience includes numerous landmark cases in the Ghanaian courts. Notably, he successfully argued for the striking out of the Government\u2019s Covid-19 restriction Act as unconstitutional in the case of Appiagyei-Atua v The Attorney-General of Ghana. This was the first time Ghana\u2019s Supreme Court struck out an entire Act as unconstitutional.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Srem-Sai is also known for his dedication to human rights, having fiercely defended protesters and individuals whose rights he believed were being violated.
