Ghanaian musician Mzbel has openly expressed her preference for married men. <\/p>\n
In an interview with Empress Gifty on February 2, 2025, the “16 Years” hitmaker has established that married men have always been her choice when it comes to relationships. <\/p>\n
She said her preference stems from the belief that, unlike single men, married men come with fewer responsibilities. <\/p>\n
“Since I started dating, all the men in my life have been married because they are accompanied with fewer responsibilities. When they come to you, they won\u2019t bother you with house chores because they have to return to their wives. I like it that way because that\u2019s how I started,” she said. <\/p>\n
When asked if she is currently in a relationship with a married man, Mzbel was reluctant to disclose his identity. <\/p>\n
However, she confirmed that they are engaged and have a child together. <\/p>\n
“I haven\u2019t asked him if he\u2019s married because I don\u2019t want to know. I\u2019m not married, but I am engaged. He hasn\u2019t met my family yet… We\u2019re both interested in each other, and that\u2019s what matters. I asked for a ring, and he gave it to me,” she explained. <\/p>\n
“We have a child together. I don\u2019t believe in the idea that he needs to meet my family for an official introduction, it\u2019s between the two of us. He is much older than me,” she added. <\/p>\n
