Football administrator Abdul Salam Yakubu has opined that Pep Guardiola, who is widely regarded as the best manager in the world, will not be able to steer the affairs of the Black Stars due to the magnitude of issues facing the team.<\/p>\n His remark was to buttress his argument that the Black Stars’ problems go beyond coaching.<\/p>\n Abdul Salam refused to blame Black Stars head coach Otto Addo for the team’s decline as he believes Otto Addo’s role in the team’s poor form is negligible. <\/p>\n \u201cTo me, Pep Guardiola is the best coach in the world, but he cannot handle the Black Stars. Otto Addo has done nothing wrong as coach of the national team. For our coach to celebrate an equalizing goal tells you our football has collapsed,\u201d he told Kessben FM.<\/p>\n The veteran administrator blamed Ghana’s failure to qualify for the 2025 AFCON on the ‘evil leaders’ of football in Ghana.<\/p>\n \u201cSemenyo, Inaki, Kudus, and others are mature players. Otto Addo has nothing to teach them. Anyone can coach the Black Stars. Otto Addo can\u2019t be blamed for the Black Stars\u2019 AFCON qualification failure. We didn\u2019t qualify because of evil leaders. They\u2019ve really hurt people within the football fraternity.
