My goal was to get recognized and establish myself. I wanted to make sure people knew who I was and what I stood for,&#8221; Manu shared candidly.<\/p>\n<p>At the onset of his YouTube career, Manu\u2019s videos were often short skits that featured his biological brother, Filla Man.<\/p>\n<p>These videos were not just for entertainment but were a means to solidify his presence in a space that was yet to be fully explored by other Ghanaian content creators.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I didn&#8217;t have any money to invest, but I knew the importance of creating content that would speak for me. I just wanted people to watch and appreciate what I was doing,&#8221; he added.<\/p>\n<p>Kwaku also took time to reflect on the influences that shaped his early career. According to him, the inspiration behind his work came from his spiritual mother and pastor, Vida.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I remember one day we were traveling from Kumasi to Accra, and my spiritual mother was with me. During that trip, I wrote my first script, inspired by a concept I came up with on the road.
