The Vice President and 2024 Presidential Candidate of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, has expressed his unwavering faith in God\u2019s plan to elevate him to greater heights.<\/p>\n
Despite his defeat in the 2024 general elections to the President-elect, John Dramani Mahama, Dr. Bawumia remains optimistic about a brighter future guided by divine purpose.<\/p>\n
Speaking during the 31st Watch Night service at the Lighthouse Chapel International, Dr. Bawumia shared, \u201cI know and believe that God has a plan for me for greater and better things in the future.\u201d<\/p>\n
Dr. Bawumia also expressed gratitude to God for the peaceful conduct of the 2024 general elections and called on Ghanaians to adopt a spirit of gratitude.<\/p>\n
He encouraged citizens to embrace hope and thankfulness as the nation transitions into 2025, emphasizing the importance of unity and positivity for the years ahead.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe book of Thessalonians 5:18 tells us that in all things, give thanks to God. I have an abiding faith in the Lord, and for what He has done for us, we give Him thanks.\u201d<\/p>\n
Dr. Bawumia extended his New Year greetings to the congregation and all citizens of Ghana.<\/p>\n
