Dr Dominic Ayine, the Attorney General and Minister for Justice, has announced Percival Kofi Akpaloo of the Liberal Party of Ghana (LPG) and others will be charged with stealing, forgery and money laundering.
According to the Attorney General, Kofi Akpaloo alleged misconduct stemmed from an alleged financial impropriety involving a COCOBOD feeder roads contract.
