The former Executive Director of the National Service Scheme (NSS), Osei Assibey Antwi, has filed a fresh application seeking a variation of his bail conditions, in a bid to secure temporary freedom, as he continues to fight charges brought against him.
The latest application yet to be determined by the court is the second attempt by the former NSS boss to review what his lawyers describe as stringent bail terms.
