Former Attorney General and Minister of Justice under the late President Mills, Martin Alamisi Burns-Kaiser Amidu is more than convinced President Mahama is an indecisive person.
His conclusion is borne out of the President’s latest decision to extend the term of office of the Inspector General of Police (IGP), Christian Tetteh Yehuno contrary to his own claim to have banned post-retirement contracts to serving public officers.
