Leaked Videos Emerge Showing Coach Ibrahim Anyass in Close Moments With Late Teen Footballer

Amid an ongoing alleged sodomy case involving a football coach identified as Ibrahim Anyass and a deceased 16-year-old footballer, Ransford Owusu Ansah, videos showing seemingly intimate moments between the two have emerged online.

The leaked clips appeared shortly after the coach was arrested and questioned by the Ghana Police Service in the early hours of November 7, 2025, before being released later the same day.

According to reports from sports journalist Sadick Adams, Coach Anyass was taken to the Police CID Headquarters on Thursday morning for questioning over his alleged involvement in the death of the teenager.

The inquiry reportedly follows claims that the coach may have sexually abused the young player, who passed away in March 2025.

“Siano Soccer Academy coach Ibrahim Anyass, accused of sodomizing #JusticeForRansford, has been released by the Ghana Police Service after being questioned at the CID headquarters this morning,” Sadick Adams shared on X (formerly Twitter).

The circulating videos allegedly show Coach Anyass in casual and seemingly affectionate moments with the late Ransford and other players from Siano Soccer Academy. In some of the footage, the coach appears in relaxed settings — including bedrooms and training grounds — where he is seen interacting closely with the boys.

One particular clip shared on Facebook by former CEO of the National Entrepreneurship and Innovation Programme, Kofi Owusu Nkansah, reportedly shows the coach lying on a bed while the late Ransford sits near him as he sings a song. The footage then shows the coach rising and embracing the boy from behind as the song continues.

These videos have fueled widespread debate online, with many social media users calling for the coach’s rearrest and for a thorough investigation to be conducted. Others have cautioned against drawing conclusions until police findings are officially released.

As of now, Coach Ibrahim Anyass has not publicly responded to the resurfaced videos or the ongoing allegations. His last known comment on the matter was during a phone-in appearance on a television program, where he promised to share his side of the story — a promise he has yet to fulfill. The Ghana Police Service has not issued an updated statement regarding the case.
