The Ghana Police Service has placed a GH¢1 million bounty on information leading to the arrest of Mark Agingre, a native of Binduri, who is wanted for a series of brutal murder cases in the Upper East Region.

According to the police, the suspect is believed to be behind a recent attack on 7 November 2025, in which a man, his wife, and three of their children were killed.

Another child who survived the attack is currently receiving treatment at the Bolgatanga Government Hospital.

The police also suspect him in connection with an earlier incident on 27 October 2025, in which an elderly man and his two children were murdered in Binduri.

Investigations suggest he may be responsible for several other targeted killings in the area.

The police are now urging the public to assist in locating the suspect, and anyone with credible information is encouraged to report to the nearest police station or call 191 or 18555.

The Ghana Police Service assures the public that all necessary efforts are being made to track down the suspect and ensure he faces the law.
