The State Housing Company Limited (SHC) has announced a 15% discount on outstanding payments owed by clients as part of a nationwide revenue mobilisation exercise aimed at recovering millions of cedis in arrears.
The company says the initiative, which runs from November 3 to December 31, 2025, seeks to improve cash flow and sustain operations affected by unpaid obligations.
Addressing the press in Accra on Monday, November 3, 2025, the Managing Director of SHC, John Bawah, said the discount offer applies to all clients who fully settle their debts within the specified period.
“I am pleased to officially announce that we are embarking on a revenue mobilisation campaign. It will run from today, November 3rd, to December 31st, 2025. And what we are offering is a 15% discount on all outstanding fees and obligations owed by our clients if they settle their debts in full during this period,” he said.
Mr. Bawah also revealed that the company will open a 24-hour premium and express service centre before the end of the year to enhance customer service delivery.
“The company will also officially launch its 24-hour premium and express service centre before the end of this year. This new centre will provide fast, reliable, and customer-friendly service for all payments, documentation, and client support, with a 24-hour turnaround time for some of our services,” he stated.
He added that the company is taking steps to attract private investment to support housing development and reduce Ghana’s housing deficit.
“State Housing, being a non-subventive agency, has been constrained over the years in terms of the scale of the housing that we’re able to deliver in Ghana, because we have to rely on deposits from customers in order to continue our housing development.
“So one of the things that the new administration has been doing is structuring ourselves to be able to attract a heavier participation from the private sector, because we know that there’s a lot of private capital sitting looking for safe, reliable projects to invest in,” he added.
