Siisi Baidoo is a Ghanaian Gospel singer
Miracles, they say, happen in many ways, and for gospel singer Siisi Baidoo, one of his songs once became the channel for healing.
In an interview on Hitz FM on November 3, 2025, the gospel artiste, when asked whether his songs have ever healed people from sicknesses or afflictions, just as some gospel musicians claim, Siisi Baidoo recalled a story from a few years ago.
According to him, around 2021, a man from Akosombo reached out to him with a testimony. The caller said his mother had been bedridden for six months due to a spinal issue and could not walk.
Moved by faith, he said he played Siisi’s song ‘Boa Me’ for her and prayed and to his amazement, she received instant healing.
Daughters of Glorious Jesus share story of how their song healed a ‘mad man’
“In 2021, there was somebody who called from the Akosombo area, and I don’t know him; I’ve never seen him before. He said his mother had been sick and bedridden for six months. She couldn’t walk because of an issue with her spine. He said he played my song for her and prayed, and the woman got healed instantly. It wasn’t later or after some time; it happened instantly,” Siisi Baidoo recounted.
Siisi Baidoo, who was crowned Male Vocalist of the Year at the 2024 Praise Achievement Awards, won the award ahead of other notable artistes such as Joe Mettle, Luigi Maclean, Kofi Owusu Peprah, Perez Musik, Kwaku Teye, Kyei Mensah, Carl Clottey, Nacee, Kobbe Mante, Michael Magnus Mensah, and TMC Musique.
Some of his other songs are ‘Otim Ho Daa,’ ‘Fire,’ ‘Jesus in My Boat,’ ‘Mede W’ayeyi,’ and ‘Hymns of God.’
