Clutching a portrait of herself and President Mahama, the young woman made her way to the president and requested a photo.

After the snapshot, she handed him the portrait as a gift and boldly asked for his contact information.

To the surprise of onlookers, President Mahama graciously accepted her phone and shared his contact details.

The two exchanged smiles, and the president waved warmly to participants as he exited the venue.

Government to ensure strict enforcement of 5% employment quota for PWDs – President Mahama

The event, which took place in Accra, marked a significant milestone in Ghana’s push for inclusivity.

President Mahama reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to equal opportunity, announcing that the government will strictly enforce a minimum 5% employment quota for persons with disabilities across both public and private sectors.

He said the measure is part of efforts to ensure the full integration of PWDs into Ghana’s workforce.
