A young man identified as Ganiu Zakaria, popularly known as “No Pain,” a motor fitter at Damongo believed to be in his early thirties, has been found dead at Larabanga under gruesome circumstances.
His body was discovered early Thursday alongside an empty sack, a slaughtered goat, and a motorbike lying nearby.
The Assembly Member for the Larabanga Electoral Area, Karim Amidu, confirmed the incident, noting that the matter has been reported to the police.
He said the body has been deposited at the St. Anne’s Hospital morgue in Damongo as investigations begin.
