Ghanaian music legend and outspoken social commentator Slim Buster has stirred massive controversy after launching a fierce verbal attack on popular media personality Akosua Serwaa, calling her a “very foolish woman” and warning that “God will punish her.” The shocking outburst, which occurred during a live discussion on social media, has since gone viral, sparking heated debate among fans and industry observers.
In the emotional video, Slim Buster accused Akosua Serwaa of disrespecting him publicly and spreading lies about his personal life. According to him, Serwaa had made several unfounded statements during a recent interview that tarnished his image and questioned his integrity. Visibly angry, the veteran musician could be seen pointing at the camera as he vowed to expose “everything she has been doing behind closed doors.”
“Akosua Serwaa, you are a very foolish woman! Nyame bɛtua wo (God will repay you),” Slim Buster shouted. “You think you can use my name for clout and walk free? You don’t know the truth about anything, yet you sit on social media to destroy people’s hard-earned reputations.”
The outburst quickly drew mixed reactions online. Some netizens supported Slim Buster, saying he was justified if he had truly been defamed, while others condemned his harsh words, calling them disrespectful and uncalled for. One Facebook user commented, “Slim Buster is a legend, but this kind of public insult is disappointing.” Another wrote, “Maybe he’s just reacting out of anger. They should settle this privately.”
Akosua Serwaa, on the other hand, has yet to issue an official response but posted a subtle message on her Instagram story shortly after the incident, saying, “When the truth hurts, people start insulting. I’m not moved.”
The feud has since become a trending topic across social media platforms, with many calling for calm between the two well-known figures.
As of now, neither side has confirmed whether legal action will follow, but entertainment analysts believe this public fallout could mark one of the most dramatic celebrity clashes in Ghana this month.
