“I Regret Everything I Said I Just Want Peace,” — Lady Who Blamed Odo Bronii for Daddy Lumba’s Death

According to a report by Ghpage on Friday, October 17, 2025, a Ghanaian woman who once caused a storm online after claiming that Daddy Lumba’s hit song Odo Bronii was responsible for the legendary singer’s supposed death has now admitted that her words were driven by pain and heartbreak.

In a fresh interview making waves on social media, the woman finally opened up about why she made the shocking statement — and why she now regrets every bit of it.

“I spoke out of a broken heart,” she said, breaking down in tears. “After the video went viral, I couldn’t sleep or eat. I was in pain, and I said things I shouldn’t have.”

According to her, she wasn’t trying to attack Daddy Lumba personally but was defending a woman she called Akosua Serwaa, whom she believes to be the musician’s rightful wife. The woman explained that she had gone through a similar betrayal in her own life, which made her react emotionally instead of thinking carefully.

“I’ve been in that position before — when you suffer with a man, then another woman comes between you. That’s why I spoke that way,” she confessed.

Now, after the clip spread like wildfire across Ghanaian social media, she says she has been unable to handle the backlash.

“People insult me every day online. I regret everything I said. I just want peace,” she pleaded.

As of now, no credible report has confirmed Daddy Lumba’s death, and fans are urging the public to stop spreading false claims.

The woman’s emotional confession has since sparked conversations about how heartbreak, social media pressure, and misinformation can ruin reputations — and how easily one emotional statement can spiral out of control in the digital age.
