Details surrounding the arrest indicate that residents detained the individual—whose identity remains unconfirmed—after discovering one of the boy’s severed hands concealed in a sack the suspect was carrying.
Following the apprehension, the suspect was subjected to a mob attack.
Reporting on the incident on Nyankonton Mu Nsem on Rainbow Radio 87.5FM, Nana Shadrach confirmed that the angry mob attempted to set the suspect ablaze and also caused significant damage to the suspect’s residence.
