The founder of the Holiness of Christ Zion Ministry, Prophet Fire Oja has lashed out at people labeling him as a fake man of God after Ghana’s qualification to the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

Prophet Fire Oja went viral on the evening of Sunday, October 12, after a video of him prophesying that the failure of not qualifying for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco will follow the Black Stars in the World Cup qualifying campaign resurfaced.

However, Prophet Fire Oja amid the backlash has said his prophesy was about the tournament in 2026 and not the qualifiers that just ended with Ghana topping Group I with 25 points.

He insulted Ghanaians mocking him about his prophecy while urging the masses to disregard any fake prophecy attributed to him.

“You people are just fools so you cant listen to understand. I never said they won’t qualify for the World Cup. I said they will qualify but they won’t do well in the tournament.”

“I have prophesied several times that the Black Stars will qualify long before so why would i turn back to say something different. I was talking about the actual tournament but these fools still want to insult me,” Fire Oja said in the video as sighted by GhanaWeb Sports.
