Ghanaian rapper and singer, O’Kenneth’s newly released single titled “Balenciaga”, a high-energy drill track that showcases his unique style and lyrical prowess, has topped Ghana’s Audiomack as number one, according to Charts .
With its dark, moody production and O’Kenneth’s signature deep-toned delivery, “Balenciaga” is a hypnotic and intense track that resonates with fans of both UK and Ghanaian drill. The song has been well-received by fans and critics alike, solidifying O’Kenneth’s position as a leader in the Asakaa movement and a powerful voice representing Ghanaian culture on the global stage, thereby topping the charts.

The song was keenly followed by Black Sherif’s latest single, “Sacrifice”, a powerful and introspective track that showcases his unique style and emotional depth.

Released on April 3, 2025, as part of his 15-track “Iron Boy” album, “Sacrifice” explores themes of personal struggle, resilience, and the price of success. The song features Black Sherif’s signature vocal style and raw lyrics, blending traditional Ghanaian sounds with contemporary trap and Afrobeat elements.

On third place is Medikal’s single, “Too Bad”, a smooth collaboration with Olivetheboy. The track speaks of love, admiration, and desire, featuring a catchy hook and rich production. “Too Bad” is part of Medikal’s “Disturbation 2” album.

Fameye’s song “Habit”, featuring Medikal, took the fourth spot on the chart. The track explores themes of personal struggle, resilience, and the price of success. The song blends authentic Ghanaian Highlife melodies with a refreshing Afrobeats sound, offering music lovers both a moment of celebration and deep reflection.

In the fifth position, Black Sherif takes the spot with the song “Soma Obi” from his “Iron Boy” album. “Soma Obi” is a testament to Black Sherif’s ability to intertwine relatable themes with captivating melodies, solidifying his position as a leading Ghanaian music sensation.

KiDi’s single, “Gymnastic”, featuring Olivetheboy and Kojo Blak, took the sixth spot on the music chart. Released on July 10, 2025, the song’s catchy hooks and infectious rhythms celebrate love, confidence, and dance culture, solidifying KiDi’s position as a leading Ghanaian music sensation.

Again, Black Sherif’s “So It Goes”, featuring Nigerian Afrobeat star Fireboy DML, occupied the seventh position. The song explores themes of ambition, struggle, and perseverance, with the music video depicting Black Sherif as an angel and Fireboy DML as a devil, symbolising the internal conflicts faced on the path to success.

Wendy Shay and Olivetheboy’s single, “Crazy Love”, took the eighth position, while Shatta Wale’s “Street Crown” and Reggie Osei’s “Won’t Be Here Forever” occupied the ninth and tenth position respectively.
