The Accra East branch of Ghana Water Limited (GWL) has honoured selected customers for their consistent loyalty and commitment to the company.
As part of activities marking the Customer Service Week Celebration, the company embarked on visits to a number of domestic and commercial customers in Accra to show appreciation for their continued support.
The honoured customers were recognised for their prompt payment of water bills and long-standing commitment to the company.
The Regional Chief Manager of Ghana Water Limited, Accra East Region, Ing. Richard Appiah Otto, during a presentation at the Labadi Beach Hotel, commended the beneficiaries for their dedication and assured them of the company’s continuous efforts to deliver quality service.
Managing Director of Labadi Beach Hotel, Mr David Eduaful, who was among the recipients, expressed appreciation for the recognition and encouraged Ghana Water Limited to commercialise and promote its branded G-Water bottled product for wider patronage.
He further appealed to Ghana Water Limited to ensure a consistent and reliable supply of quality water for consumers.
