The ongoing legal tussle surrounding the funeral and estate of the late music legend, Charles Kwadwo Fosuh, popularly known as Daddy Lumba, has taken a dramatic turn following a stern legal response from the Fosuh Royal Family.
The response, issued by their lawyers, Baba Jamal & Associates, definitively pushes back against the claims of the estranged first wife, Akosua Serwah Fosuh, by asserting the authority of the Royal Family and, more importantly, revealing the existence of Daddy Lumba’s personal, pre-mortem instructions.
