Ghana’s entertainment space has once again been thrown into mourning following the sudden death of a popular TikTok personality and businesswoman, Madam Beatrice, widely known as Aunty Bee.
According to a report by Yen.com.gh, the sad news of her passing was announced on Sunday, October 5, 2025, by her close friend and makeup artist, Glam by Clemat, through a touching video she shared on TikTok. The cause of Aunty Bee’s death is not yet known, leaving many of her fans and loved ones in shock and disbelief.
Aunty Bee was the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of The Perfume Shop in Tarkwa, where she sold different kinds of perfumes and body sprays. She was very popular on TikTok, where she shared beautiful videos of herself advertising her products and teaching customers about the various scents she sold.
Her passing comes just a few months after she buried her late father, Elder Rtd Emmanuel Teye Quaynor, whose funeral was held on March 29, 2025, at Abesewa in the Ahafo Ano South District of the Ashanti Region.
Reports also suggest that before her death, Aunty Bee had faced a major challenge when her shop was destroyed by fire. However, she had recently managed to bounce back financially and was doing well in her business.
