Bernard Antwi Boasiako, widely recognized as Chairman Wontumi and the Ashanti Regional Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), is expected to appear before the Criminal Investigations Department (CID) of the Ghana Police Service.
This development follows a stern warning from Dr. Dominic Ayine, Ghana’s Attorney-General and Minister for Justice, who announced on Friday, October 3, that Chairman Wontumi would face arrest should he fail to honour the summons.
