Black Stars forward, Antoine Semenyo
Ghanaian forward, Antoine Semenyo has credited his faith in God for his brilliant form this season after another standout performance in Bournemouth’s 3-1 win over Fulham on Friday, October 3, 2025.
The 25-year-old produced a masterclass at the Vitality Stadium, scoring twice and assisting once as the Cherries came from behind to secure a crucial victory before the international break.
Speaking after the match, Semenyo reflected on his journey and the source of his success.
“Yeah, I’d like to think so,” he told the BBC when asked if this was the best form of his career.
“I thank God massively. He’s played a massive part in my life and I’m just reaping the rewards now. So yeah, I thank him always,” he said.
The Ghanaian has now scored six league goals this season, second only to Manchester City’s Erling Haaland.
