They have three or four days left, and I’m not sure they’re going to get what they’re getting

According to a report by The Jerusalem Post, President Donald Trump has issued a strong warning to Hamas, saying the group has only a few days to accept a ceasefire and hostage deal for Gaza or face severe consequences.

The presumptive Republican presidential candidate made the remarks in an interview, casting the talks as Hamas’s final chance.

“They are in a bad position,” Trump said. “They have three or four days, they have to make a deal. If they don’t, they’re going to pay in hell, they’re going to pay a very big price.”

His statement comes as U.S., Egyptian, and Qatari mediators push for an agreement between Israel and Hamas.

The proposal, endorsed by both Trump and the UN Security Council, calls for a phased ceasefire, the release of Israeli hostages, and expanded humanitarian aid for Gaza.

The “pay in hell” remark highlights the intense pressure surrounding the negotiations.

The conflict, now in its ninth month, has left widespread destruction in Gaza and fueled political divisions across Israel, the U.S., and the international community.

Trump, who previously brokered the Abraham Accords that normalized ties between Israel and several Arab states, has re-entered the Middle East debate as the U.S. election approaches.

His ultimatum signals the hardline stance he would likely take if returned to office, while raising questions over whether his rhetoric will push Hamas toward a deal or make a resolution harder to achieve.
