Nigeria and Ghana are continuing preparations for their two remaining women’s international fixtures next week, following the cancellation of the opening match originally scheduled for Saturday, October 4.
The cancelled fixture was set to take place at Rugby School in Lagos, Nigeria, as the first of a three-match series between the nations. However, due to unforeseen changes to the construction process, Rugby School Nigeria will now be unable to open the full pitch until October 31st.
The series will therefore continue with the two matches at Alaro City, Lagos, on Wednesday, October 7 and Saturday, October 11, which will take place as scheduled.
