Ohemaa Woyeje is a Ghanaian media personality
Ghanaian media personality, Ohemaa Woyeje, has expressed disappointment with the country’s legal system following the release of controversial TikTokers Fante Comedy and Akosua Jollof.
Recently, Fante Comedy and Akosua Jollof went viral on social media after a live TikTok session in which they mocked victims of the helicopter crash and even wished that Sammy Gyamfi and President Mahama had died in the incident instead.
The Ghana Police Service, following this development, announced the arrest of the two TikTokers.

But speaking on the aftermath happenings, including their release, Ohemaa Woyeje, in a video making waves on August 21, 2025, has labelled the country’s legal system as corrupt.
She explained that there are lots of individuals who deserve to be in prison but are treated differently due to their association with high-ranking politicians.
‘Our justice system is sick and mad because there are a lot of people in jail and others who deserve to be in jail but are home,” she added.
The media personality also criticised the two major political parties in the country.

According to her, both the NPP and the NDC should be questioned for their bias.
“If the NPP from the opposition can call the police to change the cell for someone who has been detained, then it means both the NPP and the NDC should be heavily criticised.
“Do you remember that guy who noted that after his arrest, Dr Bawumia called, and the place he was sleeping changed? In fact, all you need to do is get to know an influential person and your problem will be solved,” she said.
