Eight significant corruption cases involving former ministers, high-ranking public officials, and business companies are currently pending in the courts, according to the Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP).
High-profile individuals like former NPA chief Mustapha Abdul-Hamid, former IMCIM secretary Charles Bissue, and former PPA chief Adjenim Boateng Adjei are among those involved in the prosecutions, which are described in the OSP’s half-yearly update as of July 2025 and cover industries including petroleum, education, mining, procurement, and payroll administration.
