The Nigerian government has begun a formal investigation into allegations that cross-dresser, Bobrisky received special privileges while serving a six-month prison sentence for abusing naira banknotes.
Naija News reports that the Minister of Interior, Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo, ordered the probe after public concerns and media reports alleged that Bobrisky was treated differently from other inmates during his detention at the Kirikiri Maximum Custodial Centre in Lagos.
