Yesterday, the Attorney General Dominic Ayine entered a Nolle Prosequi in favour of Dr. Kwabena Duffour, HODA Holdings Limited, Kwabena Duffour II, Ekow Nyarko Dadzie-Dennis, Elsie Dansoa Kyereh, Jeffery Amon, Benjamin Ofori, and Kwadwo Opoku Okoh.
