Tensions emerge in NPP after Legon amendment conference over alleged busing of supporters for Bawumia

The New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) recent conference, intended as a platform to showcase unity and internal strength, has instead been overshadowed by controversy—this time, not over ideology or policy, but over allegations of political theatrics.

Several presidential aspirants within the party have raised serious concerns over claims that Henry Nana Boakye, popularly known as Nana B, the party’s National Organiser, orchestrated the transportation of over 3,000 non-delegates to the venue, allegedly to bolster support for Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia.
