Entertainment pundit Kwaku Osei Korankye Asiedu, popularly known as KOKA, has called on the U.S. Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) to investigate Criss Waddle, following recent FBI-led raids and arrests of individuals suspected of fraudulent activities in Ghana.

In a Wontumi TV interview circulating on social media on June 21, 2025, KOKA questioned the source of Criss Waddle’s wealth, citing the frequent display of large sums of money and luxury vehicles on social media.

He described the musician cum businessman’s public lifestyle as suspicious, especially given the lack of clarity around his income sources.

KOKA also pointed out the irony of Criss Waddle’s repeated criticisms of economic hardship under former President Akufo-Addo’s administration, despite flaunting what he termed “questionable wealth.”

“I am looking for the FBI to ask them to commerce investigation on Criss Waddle because his source of revenue is questionable to me.

“Lately, when our girls are celebrating their birthday, you will see them posting their wish list on Snapchat because they don’t want to fry eggs anymore since there are people buying cars for them,” he said.

KOKA further emphasised that the documents related to Criss Waddle’s imported vehicles and other expenditures should be thoroughly investigated.

He also called for a thorough scrutiny of individuals who claim to have acquired luxury vehicles through proceeds from food-related businesses.

“The FBI should look for him, and also look for all the cars he has shipped into the country… Those who claim that they bought their Royce Rolls from Acheke should also be investigated,” he added.

KOKA’s comments come in response to the arrest of individuals such as Kofi Boat, Dada Joe Remix, and others, who have allegedly been picked up by the FBI in connection with romance scams and money laundering.
