Serwaa Broni Cries After Dropping Another Revelation On TV

Serwaa Broni, the Ghanaian-Canadian nurse who once made headlines for her past issues involving top Ghanaian officials, has opened up again about her personal struggles. In a interview with Kofi Adomah on Kofi TV, which was shared on Facebook on Monday, 9th June, 2025, she was seen crying as she shared some painful experiences she has gone through in recent times.

Serwaa Broni, whose real name is Evelyn Serwaa Poku Aidoo, said life has not been easy for her outside Ghana. She revealed that she has suffered a lot and is still going through difficult moments. According to her, many people do not understand the hardships Ghanaians abroad face.

As she spoke, tears rolled down her face. She wiped them off and continued speaking with a trembling voice. She said that living abroad may seem easy from afar, but the reality is very different. Many Ghanaians who travel outside the country, especially to Canada or the U.S., face serious challenges. One of the biggest problems, she said, is finding a job.

Serwaa explained that most of the people who travel from Ghana to where she lives often struggle to cope with the system. Some even become depressed because they cannot find work or adjust to the new way of life. She advised Ghanaians to be strong and prepared before traveling.

She also talked about how painful it is when a family member dies abroad. According to her, the process involved in taking care of the body and planning the funeral is emotionally and financially draining. “It becomes even more difficult when you are far from home and dealing with everything alone,” she said.

Many viewers were touched by her honesty and emotions. The video has since gone viral, with people sharing mixed reactions on social media. Some sympathized with her while others were shocked at her story.
