Popular Journalist Drops Revelation About Kwame Sefa Kayi’s Absence on Despite Media

A Ghanaian journalist, Gordon Asare Bediako, has made some shocking claims about popular broadcaster Kwame Sefa Kayi and his recent absence from Peace FM.

Speaking on Movement TV on Tuesday, June 10, 2025, Gordon said that Kwame Sefa Kayi has been prevented from returning to the station.

According to Gordon Asare Bediako, every year, Kwame Sefa Kayi usually takes a break from his morning show in January and returns in February. However, it is now June, and he has still not returned to host the show. This, Gordon says, is unusual and raises a lot of questions.

Gordon went on to say that Kwame Sefa Kayi has also been stopped from taking part in other programs and activities organized by the media house. He believes this decision is not a personal choice by Kwame Sefa Kayi but rather an action taken by the management of the media company.

He pointed fingers at Fadda Dickson, the CEO of the media house, as the one behind the decision. Gordon claimed that since the National Democratic Congress (NDC) came to power, Fadda Dickson has made it difficult for Kwame Sefa Kayi to continue working with Peace FM. He added that some people in the media believe Kwame Sefa Kayi supports the New Patriotic Party (NPP), and that could be the reason he is being sidelined.

Gordon Asare Bediako also issued a warning to the media house. He urged them to come out and speak the truth about what is really happening to Kwame Sefa Kayi. He threatened to release more serious information if they remain silent.
