The inaugural Miss Sublime Ghana pageant, held from March 15 to May 3, 2025, introduced a distinctive approach to beauty competitions by emphasizing Ghana’s rich culinary traditions.
Unlike conventional pageants, this event challenged contestants not only on poise and presentation but also on their proficiency in preparing authentic Ghanaian dishes, showcasing indigenous ingredients, and honoring time-honored recipes.
Throughout the seven-week competition, participants engaged in various activities that blended elegance with culinary expertise, aiming to promote Ghanaian culture, empower women, and inspire renewed pride in local gastronomy.
The pageant also encouraged community engagement, cultural education, and entrepreneurship, positioning itself as a platform where beauty meets tradition and culinary artistry serves as a tool for cultural preservation and national pride.
The event culminated with the crowning of the winner, who received a car, a trip, a cash prize, and souvenirs from sponsors.
Runners-up were awarded cash prizes, trips, and sponsor gifts. In alignment with the pageant’s commitment to societal contribution, the crowned queens are expected to undertake various community projects, including donations and outreach programs.
