Afia Schwarzenegger has launched a fierce verbal attack against Apostle Isaac Owusu Bempah, a well-known religious figure, over his repeated remarks targeting the New Patriotic Party (NPP), according to reports by GhanaWeb.
Before the December 7, 2024 general elections, Apostle Owusu Bempah was vocal in his belief that the NPP would lose power.
His prediction came to pass, and since then, the head of Glorious Word Power Ministries International has continued to speak critically about the party’s direction.
Recently, he expressed support for Kennedy Agyapong, a former lawmaker and 2024 presidential aspirant, suggesting he should lead the party into the 2028 elections.
Owusu Bempah also shared hopes that current President John Dramani Mahama would either extend his time in office or name a successor, to whom he promised spiritual support in the next election.
These continued public statements have not sat well with Afia Schwarzenegger. In a recent TikTok video, she voiced her frustration with the pastor’s persistent commentary on the NPP.
She mocked his personal life, suggesting he should prioritize finding a partner rather than involving himself in political matters.
According to Afia, his history of failed relationships should take precedence over his opinions on party leadership, and she questioned why he continues to face challenges in settling down.
Afia made it clear that she believes Owusu Bempah should redirect his focus away from the NPP and toward resolving his own personal issues, stating: “What confusion has been set in your life that is making it difficult for you to settle down with a woman?”
